This agriculture-based project aimed to boost farmer income and reduce reluctance towards farming caused by limited irrigation and small landholdings. Supported by the Department of Agriculture, 1,000 farmers were trained in high-value crop cultivation, drip irrigation, and mulching techniques. Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs) were formed to ensure sustainability beyond the program period. The project led to increased agricultural productivity and empowered local farmers. PRI members, women, and children were also engaged as key stakeholders. A team of 15 staff members successfully executed the interventions.
