This initiative, supported by NABARD, focused on creating market access for 2,200 farmers by developing a structured rural haat. Key interventions included constructing a 2,000 sqft shed with sanitation and installing lighting for evening operations. A Bazar Samiti was formed to manage the market sustainably and generate income. The project resolved the issue of unorganized, unhygienic weekly haats lacking basic amenities. Local buyers were also involved as stakeholders. A small team of 2 staff executed the project with community participation.
